There are various reasons for milky discharge from nipples. In males its sue to Harmonal imbalance leading to gynecomastia and also if estrogen level is more you get such discharge, now if u r getting this throughout childhood it definitely needs diagnostic tests to rule out any abnormality. Intraductal papilloma may be there but chances are less
