Hello respected doctor can paroxetine medicine cause nipple discharge after using paroxetine I got nipple discharge and it is watery and milky type discharge the discharge came out only when i squeeze the nipple

Yes, it can. This group of drugs can cause nipple discharge.

Do not squeeze the discharge out as it may cause the nipple to bleed. If the discharge is spontaneous (comes out on its own) you need to get checked by a breast specialist.
