  4. Nipple crack. Or actuall i dont know.

I am a man and i have a crack in my left nipple and the chest area is pointy breast like , its different from the right chest. Some times yellowish minor fluid comes out but its been a while. But i feel discomfort sometimes either its psycological or actuall i dont know.
