Nipple block & neck to shoulder pain.

Hi I m 1 yr baby boy mother My son is on breast feeding 1 st 6 months I don't hav any problems whiles breast feeding After 5.5months left nipple blocked and agin rigt nipple .. like wise evry 28 days r 30 days nipples blocked...I consulted doc..once she pressed left breast to relese blockng..but not opened at that time of pr hoessing the nipple ..the pain traveld to down of my bck left hand back shoulder ..from then I faced problem like having nerve pain frm C2,c3,c4 area frm there to shoulder and frm shoulder to hand... Main POINT is .every month once my breast nipple gets block and last for two days...that two days I don't feel any pain in shoulde or c1c3c2 After two days blockage wil be released by applying hot pack on breast or by using doc suggested medicine... Nd nxt day pain starts in both shoulders and center point of backbone between to lower shoulder Doc plz tel me wil there b any connection betwn breast and back shoulder nerves today also blockd in breast so no pain in back
