Nightfall is normal???
I use to masturbate a lot but decided to stop and post 61 days was everything normal and suddenly on 63rd day 66th day night fall happened(In dinner has spicy food). So is over masturbation is causing the night fall or it is normal to have one since I am sexually inactive for long periods. (Abdomen ultrasound & CT for Kidney and prostate is normal) 1.Does it interconnected with excessive masturbation and causing issue. 2. Does nightfall ruined all the accumulated sperm which was stored from past 61 days. 3.Soon going to marry & does it effect post martial life. Please help me with my queries. Thank you:)
