As suggested by other colleagues considering your age you need to start a family. If not try masterbating before going to bed at night. Avoid watching thrilling, murder and adult content at night. Read inspirational self help books. Shitali pranayama, sitkari and bhramari pranayama for 15 min daily. Shavasana, Surya namadkar and brick walk daily for 30 min. Eat 1 fruit daily. Avoid outside food. Finally inculcate satvik qualities and lifestyle!
