Night time itching at my perianal region for 8 months I ignored this itching I attached some pics of it once see it I will consult a doctor

It's Fungus growth..Fungus  infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
