Night falls occurs while sleeping

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have having night falls in continuous basis from last one month. Before 1 month it had in once in a week or twice in a month. But nowadays it came in alternative days. I had musterbate a lot as a teenager but now my sperm count also become less. Currently I m 27 years old. Also going gym. Doing exercises. Stop watching porn. & stop musterbating but still night fall occurs on regular basis. I m very tensed. Please suggest what I have to do now.
