Night fall
I am having this night fall problem since last year. I have this problem every day or sometimes 3 times in a day, the same thing happened last year but it has reduced in the last months, now it has increased for the again, my mental state has become very bad. Stress has also started causing weakness too.  last year  and starting of this year due to stress and depression i started smoking for about 6 months now I  don't. But still this problem this reducing some times and some times increasing.

Hello, Night falls are a natural phenomena. It is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night fall or nocturnal emission is completely normal for males during teenage and early adult years.  Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Excessive masturbation may have been the cause of your problems to begin with. Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms. New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones. Frequent masturbation, watching pornography or such pictures, discussing sex or adult talks makes a person victim of the nightfall. Also, certain medicines or drugs such as sedatives, tranquilizers, and high BP medicines can lead to nocturnal emission. Apart from this the mental state of mind (Stress, depression, anxiety etc.) and also no or less physical activity (Obesity, long sitting hours, inactivity) of a person accounts for wet dreams. Treatment 1. The best way to stop this is, Masturbation. Masturbation is also natural don’t think it as otherwise. 2. A proper diet can ensure strength that you might have lost due to nightfall. 3. Practicing Yoga and meditation regularly before going to sleep can also help in getting rid of the emissions. Other ways to treat nightfall is using natural or homemade remedies. Nightfall with high frequency can affect the sexual and mental health of the male 3. Nightfall can make you weak: One of the favorite myths about nightfall; actually nightfall occur when there is absence of sex or masturbation to release the sperms and it is a natural way to remove the excess sperms from the testicular sac. However having excessive and frequent nightfall can decrease the immunity of the person. Nightfall in men can lead to reduced sperm count: This applies to only increased and frequent nightfall in men; it is a popular feared myth and nightfall does not reduce sperm count. It is a natural body mechanism to throw out the overflowing content from testicular sac and induce the regular formation of healthy sperms. 4. Nightfall reduces male organ size: One of the popular myths about nightfall; nightfall does not shrink the male organ. The truth is that there is nothing that can increase or decrease the size of the male organ; also sexual health does not depend on the size of the male organ.

Nightfall isn't an illness. It's your body's way to release sperm as storage is full. It won't lead to any health issues. But definitely stress and smoking shall impair your sexual health. Consider masturbation or sexual activity whenever you desire and that would solve your nightfall problem

I can understand.daily exercise.. walking..n nightfall is natural suppose u r not having sex or masturbation so don't worry too much
