Night failure at very short interval
Hello Dr. ,
I am a boy of 24 year and is suffering from night failure and poor sex health since long (almost 5-6 years). Initially I was not taking it seriously but now it's frequency has increase and I can't control this to happen. It happen almost every 3 or 4 days . Due to this I am feeling weakness as well as poor concentration.
I am also not good when it comes to have sex. Pre mature ejaculation is the main indicator. Can't perform long while having sex.
Plz advice me on this and if u thinks fit plz prescribe me some medicine.
