Is there any scope that in 2-3 months...callus formation is visible...is it possible that...inner soft callus is formed...and in 2-3 months...hard callus will also visible...is it possible that due to deviation in saggital plane...union is delayed...is there any solution without surgery

Kindly mention the nature/ type of injury along with x-rays. Soft callus is usually not visible on x-rays. Hard callus formation takes about 2-3 months - visible on x-rays. Difficult to comment on time taken for union without examination and x-rays.
