New born gas and constipation
My son is 3month 20days old, he pass stools once in a week(5-7days) from his birth. He has gas and farts alot. From last 20days there is red-white pimples in his foot, doctor has given crotorax lotion and fluconazole 50mg tablet but not much relief. Can I use dabur janamghunti for gas and constipation.

Better stop fluconazole. Sometimes the infant has tight anal sphincter.
Apply histocalamine lotion on pimples and there are medication for the constipation which are advisable only after consultation.
