Never menstruated, only once with pills
I am 17 years old, im not overweight and i have pcos. I have never had my period not even once in my life. My ultrasound shows that everything is normal except for the cysts on the ovaries. Blood tests showed low level of progesterone and high level of LH. My doctor gave me (primulot pills) progesterone pills for 2 weeks; that made me have my very first“fake” period. Once i stopped the pills i didnt get any other period. What am i supposed to do? Thanks in advance.

You need a thorough evaluation of all physical features, more findings in ultrasound about uterus and probably more blood tests.
