Never going milia seeds allover the face

Dear doctor, I have a serious issue with my face. I have lots and lots of white heads and milia all over my face. The milia are scattered around my cheek and near my brows. I have been suffering from white heads and milia since 5+years. I have tried each and every skin care routines and products, even approached around 10+ dermatologists. But nothing seem to prevent them. Iam so much disappointed. I even tried to use the extractor tool but the seeds seem to be deep enough to be extracted. Waiti
