Face texture and acne issue.
For the last 5-6 months, I have been dealing with bumps on my face, sometimes they are pustules and sometimes just red bumps all over my face, more on my forehead. This has made my skin texture very bumpy and there are a number of dark spots too on my face. I have used salicylic acid, niacinamide, alpha arbutin serums, but they were of no help. I have this recurring issue on my face and this has made my face dull and my natural complexion is lost. This has made me underconfident. Please help 🙏

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello from your complaints it looks like acne vulgaris. But in your age it could be due to number of causes eg due to hormonal causes and it could also be aggravated due to some application. Dark spots could be due to habit of picking or acne as sometimes dark spots are left behind post acne. For proper diagnosis and treatment complete history and photos are required.
