Hi, I got a derma roller session on my scalp with a needle length of 1.5 mm. I faced ear ringing after two days of it. Visited ent specialist the ringing went away on its own. I do have a dizziness issue and ent doctor says it may be because of muscle and have myospaz prescribed.
I am not sure if my never was damaged during the derma roller procedure. Is it possible for needle depth 1.5 mm to cause nerve damage? In which direction should I proceed?
Please help
