Neurotic testicular pain
I'm suffering testicular pain from 1 and half months. My urologist done USG, Urine, Blood tests, said everything is normal means this is the case of nerve pain at the testicle. He doesn't prescribed any medicines and said if you feel so much pain then you can take Peracetamol. Left testicle is in hurt. Whenever I sit for a long and stand up, feels pulling or dragging, hanging type of pain for seconds and also when I bend my body. Along with sometimes groin and pelvis area also hurts when bending the body. Can you tell me which is the best medicines in this case of nerve pain in testical? And how many days it take to go away?

Probably pain due to varicocoele, it generally does not require treatment if not severe. If a neurogenic cause is suspected then first consult a neurosurgeon and get an MRI spine.
