Neurological Disorder. Hope is visible.

I am 30 year old..I am doing Masterbation from Very early age ...I am Suffering from Ed From 5-6 years..I am also Suffering from Some Brain Problem..Because My Stomach always feel full. Mujhe Bhuk ni lgti, even If I Don't eat for 3-4 days..now I have Complete Erection lost..No Strength in penis from 4-5 Years... Intially I thought It will improve, But It's not improve.. My Quality of life become hell.. I have Taken Nano Leo and tetrafol-plus from 2 weeks but not any improvement... My blood test and Indoscopy are normal.. Can Anybody Suggest what Happened to me. I don't know from which Dr I will consult, Sexologist,urologist, Neurologist, psychiatrist.. Please help, I am feeling helpless... Don't Know How to come out of this.. I have even no worries in my life other than ED... Why I have come to this Stage of Life...where no hope is visible.
