Sir, my sugar level has raisen to 330 (random sugar). I have undergone Chemo Radiation for 25 quarters and one cycle of Chemotherapy (Carboplatin and Etoposide). Can I go for second cycle of Chemo. Will it worsen my sugar level, will I have more fatigue as sideeffect. My Heamoglobin level is good 11.7.

Your physician will make the necessary dose adjustments for your sugar medicines depending on sugar levels.
Next Steps
you should definitely continue your chemotherapy cycles as prescribed. Fatigue is a side effect of chemotherapy that can be minimised with adequate hydration and nutrition as per dietician advice keeping your sugar levels in mind.
