Yes. CT scan done. It says - there is presence of ill defined enhancing lesions noted in epiglottis extending in bilateral vallecula. Size is 20 X 13 X 20 mm. It is involving right ary epiglottic fold suggestive of residual lesion. Also small polyp noted in right maxillary sinus. Multiple enlarged lymph nodes are noted in bilateral submandibul

It is a rare tumor type but responds to treatment. Get immediate assessment and based on exact stage , patient may need Chemo with/ without Radiotherapy
