Need help to know tablets for anti anxiety as I am going through stress and nervousness for almost 3 months now and I have even started loosing my memory recently

Nervousness mainly caused due to increased sympathetic activity. These hormones are released due to fear which may be unknown or due to stress. Consult psychiatrist they will assess and then prescribe u adequate medication. Meantime start meditation and abdominal breathing exercises
