Hi greetings I have a tiny epididymis cyst and I have attached my scan report as well meanwhile I am experiencing some nerve pull behind testis happens 4 to 5 times a day. Consulted many doctors but couldn't sort it out..Thanks

A small epididymal cyst doesn't really require an aggressive approach. Infection should be ruled out in such cases. Consulting a general surgeon or a urologist might be of help.
