Have pain in my pelvic area i have problems going to the bathroom feels like i have to go all the time when i do go it feels like i never emptied. I also get cold clear discharge from penis and nose. i have tingleing in my hands and legs to my feet sometimes i loose all feeling also light headed dizzy headaches this all gets worse when i try to go to the bathroom and tired all the time. Get this cold feeling down my spine like its leaking. and my testicles are always cold plus a metallic taste
