Nephrologist
One of my friend consulted gastroenterologist for digestion problem, he underwent endoscopy which was normal. He is under some medication for that particular problem. The thing is gastroenterologist prescribed CBC, ultrasound, where except creatinine everything was normal. His creatinine level was1.39 and we rechecked it after 3 days but the value is 1.33. Do we need to consult nephrologist?

Yes. Consult him once regarding dietary modifications and precautions to be taken in future for maintaining good renal function.
