Doc my neighbor has leprosy but she is taking medicines and is still associating people is it not dangerous when you are at near to her? Did the kitchen utensils she used delicate for someone`s use?

Leprosy cannot be transmitted through touchbecause the bacterium is not able to cross the skin. Instead it is thought to be spread throughinfected droplets, although other transmissionoptions are being considered such as insect transmission. The only known reservoir for leprosy is humans.
