Negtive UPT+ B hcg, cn still b pregnant?

I got my periods on 3rd september. On 6th september me and my fiance got close ( only some genital rubbing, no penetrative intercourse, no ejaculation and I am still a virgin). On 30th september I got my periods (expected date) but the flow was slightly lighter and lasted for 2.5 days as usual ( I get periods for only 2-3 days due to hypothyroidism) The flow filled only 4 pads in total. On 8th october I did 2 upt in the morning which were negative. Same day I went for B hcg test which was also negative ( less than 1.2). On 13th october morning I again went for upt which was negative again. Now my expected period date is 27th october. Is there any chance I may be pregnant? I am really scared. Please help me doctors, Thanks.
