Negative upts no period.
Can the hcg blood test be conclusive and 100% accurate about being pregnant or not? I haven't had a period in 60 days and ALL upts are negative. Can the blood test rule out pregnancy for sure?

Yes ,hcg test is conclusive.. And you can also get an ultrasound lower abdomen and pelvis for confirmation.
