Negative pregnancy test yet no periods.

I am a married woman 26 years old. I had my last period on 25 august. Then for September I used three periods delaying medicine bcz of festival. So I m not having periods till now.. on 10th October I went to gyno, first she sent me for pregnancy test it was negative. so she gave me Meprate medicine so that I can have my periods. I had it for 5 days but still I didn't had my periods till now.. Moreover I m having small small pimples all over my body which are itching alot. For these pimple kind thing gyno gave atarax10 mg medicine but it didn't reduce.. I am having alot of mood swings.. All the time I m feeling tired and sometimes I feel I will fall even if I m sitting.. most of the I m irritated and I can't control that thing.. at times I feel there is some kind of sensation I m having in my body and I can't sleep most of the time at nights. please suggest something.
