I had a needle penetrate my chest meat a week ago approx. There was slight pain that day but nothing ever since. Now I noticed black spots around the area where needle penetrated the meat. Please advise if it's an infection and if it needs treatment.

Its echymosis secondary to blood vessel trauma
The lesion will heal on its own with time but one needs to rule out any Infection
Did you go for tetanus injection ?
