My father has ulcer in his mouth . Last year he got tested biopsy and they said it's a skin growth and needs to be removed . But he didn't removed and now the ulcer has grown so we tested now doctors say it's cancer but he also got affected with TB recently after that only his lymph nodes bulged so we are at confusion whether it is oral TB or cancer because we read some cases that oral TB sports to be cancer attaching all the reports. Kindly suggest us whether it is cancer or TB.
Attaching both last year and current biopsy reports.

It's verrucos cancer ,not an aggressive type.,but get it operated completely.
