Need urgent assistance

I am suffering from intense itching and red spots on all over my body. This is my 8th month of pregnancy. I don't know what to do. I went to my gynaecologist but she told me to go to the skin specialist. Skin specialist gave me common lotion and cream but my spots and itching are increasing day by day. As per the youtube channel suggestions I went through the blood test to rule out the possibilities of any lever infection. LFT is completely in the nominal range. I'm scared as no one is able to tell me the actual reason or if it is concerning to me or my baby.
