Need to take medicine for fever and cold

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi daily i am taking zempred 8 and Aretha 50 mg fir vitiligo treatment. Currently due to weather changes suffering from cough and fever. So shall i take medicine for little bit fever and during that time need to stop vitiligo medicine. As per vitiligo medicine it seems it surpassed the immune system. I am thinking to take paracetamol for fever. Is this safe shall i need to continue with vitiligo medicine and can i take paracetamol is thus effective. Please suggest. Thanks
