Need to check HIV. Or any exact problem?

I had one time sex with a call girl using condom, next day I started pain & itching on my penis. I visited Doctor, he said it may happened due to lubricant inside the condom. And he given tablets & cloben G cream. After 30 days again I got wound on penis, I visited skin Doctor, they given mupi & some tablets. They told it may happened due to virus/infection transferred from girl (but not sure) My HIV test report came negative after 5 weeks from sex. Now there is no wound, and I get burning when I pass urine. And I'm having low throat pain from few weeks. What's will be the problem? I am thinking to do PCR-HIV test. Which one I need to take PCR-HIV qualitative or PCR-HIV Quantitative to find HIV results or STD or any exact problem? Please suggest.
