who so ever is having it have to be very cautious  about diabetes and nephropath and retinopathy.  please be in regular touch of a physician, ophthalmologist and nephrologis.

ISC is immature senile cataract... this may require surgery if it has affected the vision of the patient. NPDR is Non Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy.. this means that the patients diabetes has started affecting the retina of the eye probably because the sugar levels are not under control. If this condition worsens, it may affect the outcome of the cataract surgery in this eye.

Hello ISC means immature senile cataract.... This means You have cataract NPDR means you have diabetic retinopathy... Diabetes has started affecting your retina
