Hello, I'm a working girl staying away from family. So there is a lot change in food, eating canteen meal. I had lot of problems since I'm working. 1. Migraine 2. Upper right back pain 3. Endometriosis (laparoscopy done) still a severe pain in lower right abdomen and so the pain in complete right leg. I did lot of treatments. Recently found Less count of wbc RBC HB and Deficiency of
vitamin d3. Now I don't want medication, because I already took a lot. I need some solution which will cure me completely. Need suggestions for diet - what to eat in order to recover from all the above problems. And if there is anything else that I can do. Any further tests or something.
