I have two questions I had oral sex with my partner both are hiv negative but i had small sores at my lips.wil tat lead to any kind of sexual disease

My friend Had oral sex with two different types of people..the difference between those two contacts.is about a year.all of them were hiv negative..but the second guy had sores at his mouth..wil tat lead me to any kind of sexually transmitted disease..???
