Dear Doc,
Good morning. I have a sister who has a creatinine of 3.15 and having a leg pain. Based on her Ultrasound done Sep 2, 2017 as per below:

As described in the ultrasonography examination report. She is suffering from chronic renal disease with involvement of both kidney parenchymal.
Consult a nephrologist for further clinical evaluation and few other tests as per the clinical evaluation
