Need medicine for leg pain or gout
Dear Doc, Good morning. I have a sister who has a creatinine of 3.15 and having a leg pain. Based on her Ultrasound done Sep 2, 2017 as per below: In her ultrasound it says Both kidneys are small in size, but normal in shape and position with loss of cortico medullary differentiation and bright echogenicity all s/o Grade II nephropathy with chronic renal parenchymal disease No obvious evidence of calculus seen and no dilation of the pelvi calyceal system noted. As described in the ultrasonography examination report. She is suffering from chronic renal disease with involvement of both kidney parenchymal. Consult a nephrologist for further clinical evaluation and few other tests as per the clinical evaluation
