The attached are my father's MRI report.
He is 74yrs old with a PSA of 8.5.
His Uroflometry results came normal as well as urine routine.
On DRE, doctor felt a nodule for which he suggested MRI.
Kindly suggest what is the possibility of it being cancerous and what are the next steps.
