Need help on Brothers health!

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Hi doc, My brother behaves very normally with outsiders but at home he hardly talks to anyone. He Immediately gets angry on small things plus he is becoming very stubborn and asks for the costly things which are difficult to get. Also he is in one sided love with girl so most of the time he tries to harm himself in anger and frustration, gets chest pain and High BP problem. We are really worried, please suggest what we can do for him? Thanks in advance, Pawan
