Is he fussy? Sometimes this could be a subtle sign of UTI. I would recommend getting a urine test done if persistent

increased frequency of urination depends on the intake of fluid and milk feed also... if it is more than 10 episodes then better to do a complete urine examination test to rule out urinary tract infection..

Passing urine every 30–60 minutes can still be normal in some toddlers, especially if they are drinking plenty of fluids. However, if there is fever, pain/burning during urination, foul-smelling urine, excessive thirst, poor weight gain, or the frequency is persistent, your child should be evaluated by a pediatrician and a urine test may be needed. If otherwise active and well, it is often not a cause for concern.

Greetings 15-month-old baby boy to urinate every 30 to 60 minutes. Urinating this frequently is not considered standard for a toddler of this age, as most children typically void around 4 to 7 times throughout a full day. This sudden or persistent increase in frequency can resemble conditions like a urinary tract infection (UTI), constipation pressing against the bladder, or increased fluid intake. You should closely inspect the baby's diapers and check for additional signs such as fever, a strong or unusual urine odor, or visible distress and crying while peeing. Please double-check the baby's actual fluid intake over a 24-hour period to see if recent changes in weather or diet are contributing factors.
Next Steps
do urine routine
