Need help couldn't understand what is it

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Yesterday evening I spotted bleeding I thought this would be my menstrual. But the whole night I didn't get any blood on my pad . Next morning I thought about changing my pad but there was no bleeding but I noticed some jelly like blood while bathing. What does this mean am I pregnant? Please help
