My mother is suffering from permanent paralysis since last 28 years. I need a disability certificate from MD Neurology. Can I get some help here? So I can avoid taking her out to crowdy hospitals during this pandemic situation.

Disability certificate is issued by a board of experts at district levels.individual doctor or Neurologist cannot issue that certificate.
