Need curing steps of trival MR. Do that?

Greetings to you doctor. I have got to know that I have TRIVIAL MR. Is that curable or is it permanent ?? I mean will food diet cure it ?? Or only treatment can do that ?? Cause i have seen in internet where a guy is fine now following a diet for curing Mild MR. If there is any way by which we can cure trival MR please suggest me.. My age is 23 and i am sooo worried about that. I dont know what is happening to me..I dont know if TRIVAL MR is considered serious or its just common for everyone. I have attached my 2D echo report. Please do check it and say me what to do. I am so worried about my health after seeing that. Please do suggest something doctor.. If it is normal please explain me. If its dangerous please say me what should i do to cure that. Thanks in advance
