Hi, Last Year From Aug To Novermber I was Suffering from Fiver in every 20 Days Fever Comes Back and My All Blood Reports Are Coming Normal For ex:Cbc,MP, Typhoid, Then doctor Suggest For Xray Also it also CaMe Normal Then at Last he Just me Ultrasound Where Spleen Is Midly 12.5cm Enlarged Doctor Told You are Suffering FRom Bone Malaria then he Gave me : INJ-Falcigo 120mg And INJ monocef 3 Days Dosage Per Day 2 of Mono And Falcigo The i got Relief From Fever And Then he Gave me Lavern tablet 100Mg For 21 Day first then after 21 Days Of 1 month and Again Of 1month i have Taken 2month and 21 Days then I Changed the Doctor And Concern A Gastro Doctor He Done My Lft Cbc tsh and ct Done Told all are Normal Usg Portal Found we Dont Have Any Treatment of It But we Also Dont Have any Problem With It. Below Attaching Report i am very Scared About my Life. Why this Cause it dont know . And From Last Year To Till i Feel a Dry mouth And Getting Tired Very Fast . Please Consultant on Above matter

Hi! I think you can relax. It is not a life threatening diagnosis. In all likelihood you have an entity called "EHPVO" wherein one of the veins going to the liver has blockade. To bypass this, the body opens up many other channels spontaneously.
Next Steps
You need to get an Upper GI endoscopy to rule out esophageal/Gastric varices and it's treatment.

As I see from your report the ultrasound shows a bit problematic. Liver problem which needs some more tests. Hence it is better to consult a gastroenterologist early.
