I am 36 female , I have hypothyroidism from the age of 15 , in recent health check up I got to know that I am under diabetic condition I couldn't believe or take it I don't know how I got it in this age, I tried to change my lifestyle and diet to reserve it I don't want to take medicine, first my hbac1 was 7 and before 6 months my hba1c was 6.1 now I took it became 6.7, my glucose fasting is 131 and my glucose post is 145. I don't understand which type diabetes it is type 1 or type 2 and how do I reserve or manage without medication please advise. My mom and dad are diabetic
