Need clarification. Will it affect me?

I tested positive on May 20th.Home isolation only.Today is the 28th day of my symptoms. On treatment I took methylprednisolone 8mg, doxy zinc, had for 5days twice with doctor advise. on the 2nd day I lost smell. Taste was there. Only smell I lost. Now taking very close to my nose I can able to smell strong fragrances. But taste is totally gone.. And from 21st May onwards I feel my nose is heavy inside.After that I took nosal drops.Then it was fine. Now again one week nose problem came.because of this I feel my eyes and head also heavy and sometimes feel nose burning.But whenever I eat hot or drinking hot I can feel the reliefs at that time.Why it's like that?what to do?And one more doubt plz clear today I met one person. Just for 5sec I went near the door without mask and that person also didn't wear mask. We both was at 6 feet difference.At that time air was there.Suppose he is positive means will it affect me?Kindly reply for my nose problem and also for person I met today.
