My age is 34 ,male , taking bp tablet and cholesterol tablet ,suffering with anxiety and bipolar issue , using anxiety tablets ,
My problem is when I am talking with any person in relative or in office , when argument or sledging , with in short time heavy headache ,my mind come to "0" level in that day ,
Please tell me the tips how to over come this problem

Who diagnosed you with Bipolar? If a Psychiatrist, then he must have prescribed you some medications?
