I would like what is needle prick injury and is it different from used needle injury. What is different between Needle prink injury and used needle injury? ?

Same thing....a used needle can have blood from the previous patient it was used for and when it pricks another individual there is risk.

Usued needle means that the needle was usued to draw blood or some medicine was injected into the patient's body.  If there is any infection in patient's body,  andif anyone else gets pricked by this needle that infection could be spread.
