Need advise
Last week I had soaked fenugreek in an empty stomach and drunk raw neem juice, very next day I got cold like sinus headache and nose block, lost of taste and smell , since it says symptoms of corona I got fear and I took face steaming after now I can able to taste and little smell conscious, but I want to recover fully, please advise which specialises doctor I need to consult whether ENT or general physician or it will recover it in own.

Generally any illness causing nasal block will cause loss of smell and to some extent loss of taste sensation as well..
If no fever ,no sore throat , no breathlessness...u can wait for consultation and they can regain by themselves...
Consult only if u have any symptoms mentioned...
But use mask, follow hand hygiene,social distancing...
Consult online if symptoms persists for more than 3 days
