Need advice for my elderly mom
Dear Doctors , My mother 75 years didn't take her hyperthyroidism medicine neomercazole for whole October  month as directed by her new general physicial.. she got her symtoms back and was put on neomercazole again. Now her thyroid is ok But since November she has moving chest pain and backside headache.. We had done her tests ecg echo , blood test ..hrct scan..cervical spine and all results are ok. Her bp is also normal Doctor says it can be neuro muscular pain which can be a side effect of not taking medicine for a month and have suggested cap caldikind plus, tab bon dk 60000 ..tab laregab nt, tab lanol er , tab oxetol 50..its been a week..but no change in her pain.. We are feeling helpless now..which doctor to go which specialist to check with Please guide she is also tired visiting different doctors God bless 🙏

Untreated hyperthyroidism can cause osteoporosis. Book an appointment for further management. If she has graves disease then needs to be on neomercazole life long as one of the definitive treatments. Book an appointment for further management
